Everyone Should Get A Facial Regularly

Before beginning any skin care program or using any skin care products start with a clean workspace.  Prepare your face, because if you don't it is like putting premium gas in a go cart, what's the point?

As we age our epidermis, the outer layer of skin gets thicker.

As this happens, the deeper layer the dermis which builds new healthy skin and connective tissue gets thinner and we look older and more wrinkled.  If we neglect to thin the epidermis sufficiently with good products and exfoliating facials, the products we do use don't penetrate to the deeper layers and effectively don't work as well to prevent aging and wrinkles. You should also continue getting facials from a professional facialist every 6 to 8 weeks to keep your skin as healthy and radiant as possible.

The skin products you use do make a difference.

Sorry, but over the counter drug store versions of skin care products really don't do much at all for your skin.  Yes, even if your dermatologist says Neutragena is great.   True, Neutragena has stable, safe, non clogging, and non irritating ingredients, but that doesn't mean the ingredients are doing anything of real value for your skin's longevity.  Sad but true, don't fall victim to this myth.

You get what you pay for.

Take the skin care challenge.  Find a skin care line that you trust and can afford. Compare those ingredients to what you already use see if you are helping or hurting.  Here is a list of the most advanced and effective ingredients for TRUE anti aging and skin beauty.  If you can't read it or it's not in plain english, chances are it isn't very good!
